Joe Han is the National Director of Growth of Realogy Brokerage Group and will specialize in the recruitment of top GCI agents teams to Coldwell Banker Realty.

Joe Han is the former Vice President of the US Expansion Growth of Exp Realty. Joe helped achieve the highest agent growth quarter in Exp history (averaging over 1,800 agents per month). Led expansion into new and underserved markets. Led brokerage integration team for all brokerages/large teams joining Exp.

Joe Han is the former Chief Growth Officer of Climb Real Estate. Joe was the first executive hired after NRT LLC acquired Climb in October 2016. He was hired on to spearhead the growth of Climb throughout the SF Bay Area. Under Joe's leadership, Climb has increased its agent count by +150% to over 250 agents and its annual revenue by +22%, surpassing $1.1 billion in sales during 2017 and 2018.

Joe Han is the former CEO/Team Leader/Managing Broker (2003-2016) of the Cupertino, California office of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Joe was instrumental in leading Keller Williams Cupertino to become the largest real estate office in Silicon Valley with over 375+ agents. Joe is passionate about helping his agents become successful business owners, as evidenced by his success in recruiting numerous top agents to Keller Williams. Joe earned several prestigious awards at Keller Williams, including the black belt recruiting award (awarded to approximately 10 people annually) for 3 consecutive years and recognition as a Top 20 recruiter out of Keller Williams' 700+ nationwide offices. During his tenure at Keller Williams Cupertino, Joe was also directly responsible for helping his office increase sales volumes over a short three-year span from $200 million to over $900 million, representing an increase in owner profits of 400%.

An accomplished real estate broker himself, Joe also placed in the Top 10% of realtors in Santa Clara County since 2003. Joe served as President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)-Silicon Valley from 2012 through 2013 and National Board Member in 2013. Joe also served on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR) from 2010 through 2012.

Joe was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, and playing and watching sports. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and currently resides in Belmont, California with his beautiful wife and daughter Mackenzie.
